Top Shelf by the Glass Nights

Dates vary

Join us as we pop the cork on one of our favourite bottles and pour it by the glass, for one night only. And not only that, we’ll have our resident sommelier on hand from 5pm to 10pm to answer any questions.

Booking isn’t required, but reservations are welcome – [email protected]

And if you’re not a fan of a wine we’re exploring, don’t fret! We’ll still have our house wines available by the glass, as well as flights, bottles, and all things in the fridge. Grab a cheeseboard if you fancy to complement.

Next pouring: Cline Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018, Contra Costa County, California

About the wine: ‘Everything Fred Cline does in his vineyards and wineries has our planet in mind. His solar panels provide 100% of the electricity required and instead of chemical pesticides and herbicides, a hardworking team of owls and sheep keep unwanted visitors at bay. Beautifully sunny, warm days allow grapes grown in the foothills of the Sonoma Mountain to ripen fully and slowly, developing a luxuriously decadent flavour profile. While the vinification process leads to a gentler approach to a typical boisterous Californian Cab, clever use of oak means that Cline still holds all the hallmarks such as blackcurrant and mocha.’ – A Wisson Hill Wines selection
