Traditional Handmade Pasta Class with In Cucina Con Sofia

In this unique Italian cooking class, you will have the opportunity to discover the art of pasta making and uncover authentic forgotten recipes. You will learn how to prepare traditional semolina gnocchetti, also known as Melloreddus, served with a seasonal and traditional pesto from Campania. Using the best of British seasonal produce and traditional Italian cheeses, you will create a delicious dish to take home.

This hands-on experience is designed for all skill levels. During the workshop, you will spend 2 hours immersed in the world of pasta making, learning techniques and tips for crafting the perfect gnocchi. You will work with high-quality ingredients and kitchen tools, gaining confidence in your culinary skills as you creat. mouth-watering dish.

A the end of the class, you will have the satisfaction of not only learning a new skill but also enjoying the fruits of your labour by cooking and eating the delicious recipe you have prepared. The experience promises to be fulfilling and transformative, leaving you with a newfound appreciation for Italian cuisine and the joy of creating homemade pasta dishes.

About Sofia

In cucina con Sofia, was started by Sofia Gallo, Masterchef UK contestant and Award winning private chef and tutor, in 2021. Her love and passion for food and passing on traditions through teaching, are the driving force behind incredible classes and private dining experiences. Originally from Italy, the UNESCO heritage site of Cilento, learned everything she knows from her gonna Luigia and mamma.
